End of October, from 29 to 31, Days of Robotics and Innovative Educational Technologies will be held in two venues: the National Institute of Public Administration and the University of Zambia (an Insight session on October 29). Follow program updates.

Days of Robotics will introduce Zambian schoolchildren, students, and teachers to Russian research & engineering developments and educational programs in robotics, mechatronics, and virtual reality. The activities for participants of the Days of Robotics will include two modules:

"I believe that a strong point of the "Days of Robotics" program is its practical orientation and accessibility for learners having different levels of knowledge and skills. Traditionally LETI University educates both undergraduate, graduate students and schoolchildren. The Duckie Town robotics ecosystem serves both as a hub for engineers, developers, and programmers and as a testing ground for innovative educational technologies, where schoolchildren can come to participate in solving challenges related to autonomous transport. Combining programming essentials with game-based formats for managing unmanned vehicles opens up great professional opportunities. I sincerely hope that our educational program in Zambia will motivate students and schoolchildren to choose a career in the fields of robotics and programming, as well as encourage them to continue their education at Russian universities".

Anton Filatov, Lecturer, Assistant Professor of the Department of Mathematical Support and Computer Applications of ETU “LETI”

Most activities will take place in the information and exhibition space, centered around the multimedia panel. It will feature the Interactive map of Russian universities educating future high-class professionals. In the expo space, program participants will have the opportunity to explore VR projects in culture and education, closely examine complex robotic systems, take part in assembling a lunar rover and a robotics gaming tournament.

Participation is only by registration. All registered participants will get certificates.
